Lea Michele has announced that she will be leaving the Broadway musical Chess in June, giving you three more months to catch her acclaimed performance!
The Emmy-nominated actress is currently playing Florence Vassy in the Broadway revival of Chess, which has been extended twice, and she also just dropped her single “Nobody’s Side,” from the show’s upcoming cast recording.

Lea originated the role in the revival, bringing her back to the Great White Way last year. The show puts on performances at the Imperial Theatre, which is actually where the actress made her Broadway debut in Les Misérables 30 years ago.
Her replacement will be announce at a later date.
This past week, Lea and her co-stars – Aaron Tveit and Nicholas Christopher – have been doing press for their musical, and she even performed “Nobody’s Side” on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert earlier this week.
