Yes, Coco Jones is in a relationship – and they just got engaged in 2025!
Coco Jones is dating 29-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player Donovan Mitchell.
They announced their engagement back in July of 2025 after two years of dating.
“I think about my life so much like business, and I’m like, ‘Girl, you got to stop. This is the biggest contract I’ve ever signed.’ You know what I’m saying? This is a real-life, forever commitment,” she told People last month.
“I talk about forever, I sing about forever, and then I’m like, ‘Oh, this really forever. Okay, word up, word up.’”
“It’s exciting, it’s intimidating and it’s just powerful,” she added.
“It’s a blessing to have somebody who also gives a lot to their career and to their brand. Sometimes in friendships, I’d be like, ‘I’m so sorry. I just gave all of myself, and I ain’t got anything else.’ And I feel like sometimes people don’t understand that. They’re like, ‘Girl, what? You’re doing your job. I’m doing my job. What are you talking about?’” she added of their dynamic.
“We both go really hard for the things we love, and they’re demanding careers. I feel like we speak a different language that makes me really feel seen. And he’s my biggest cheerleader, so I feel like I’m never able to doubt myself in his presence. It’s just not going down like that.”
Donovan shared the engagement news with a video on social media, but she’s remained quiet about the wedding details.
“If it was up to me, y’all wouldn’t know. But I have to give a little because that ain’t right. It’s mostly going to be private and intimate and with a sprinkle of sharing is caring,” she teased.
The two have kept their romance largely private, with one of their only public events together so far being the 2025 US Open Tennis Championships in August of 2025. He’s also been spotted at her concerts, and she’s gone to some of his games.
“I want this to be for me. Me and him. Very intimate,” she more recently said about the wedding plans.
“It’s coming along really great…I have a couple things that I love,” she added of the wedding dress.
