Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s upcoming wedding has been making headlines this week, with fans coming up with theories that they’re planning a June 2026 wedding in Rhode Island.
There have been unconfirmed reports that Taylor and Travis have booked the venue Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island for June 13.
The report claims that the wedding date was already reserved by another couple, so the superstar couple offered to pay for their wedding and honeymoon if they agreed to move the date. This is all just speculation and it’s actually untrue, according to Ocean House.

Stephanie Leavitt, Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Ocean House, spoke to TMZ and wouldn’t comment on Taylor and Travis getting married there, but denied that anyone has been bought out of a date.
“When clients and their families choose Ocean House as their wedding venue, it is an agreement and commitment between our team and that family. Ocean House would not and is not allowing another party or entity to buy a wedding group out of a contracted wedding date,” Leavitt said.
Ocean House will not confirm or deny that any wedding is happening on June 13.
“We appreciate the interest in our brides and grooms yet allow them to confirm their wedding location with who they choose,” Leavitt said.
Speculation grew after Deuxmoi also reported June 13 as the wedding date last month.
