A new 4K remaster of the acclaimed and beloved show Mad Men began streaming on HBO Max on Monday, but now it’s going viral for all the wrong reasons.

The scene in question occurs in the season 1 episode “Red in the Face” when John Slattery‘s character Roger Sterling vomits in the middle of the office in front of a bunch of important people.

Well, the 4K version actually features an unedited shot where a crew member rigging up the machine to make John “throw up” on camera is clearly visible.

Someone on X/Twitter posted a screenshot of the moment, though it has been circulating across social media platforms.

According to Variety, Lionsgate is already aware of the error and says that the wrong files were delivered to HBO Max. It should be fixed soon.

More recently, fans noticed some continuity errors in the latest season of Stranger Things.
