Gillian Anderson, Jason Isaacs, Christopher Briney, and Chase Infiniti have joined the cast of coming-of-age drama The Julia Set. Writer and director Niki Byrne will helm the film.
The 25-year-old One Battle After Another actress plays Julia, “a talented mathematician operating within a fiercely academic environment,” shares Deadline.

Christopher, best known for playing Conrad in The Summer I Turned Pretty, will star as a T.A. named Pascal who seeks out Julia’s assistance to prep for the Putnam Exam, considered the most difficult math competition in the world.
It is unclear who Gillian and Jason will play. The 57-year-old actress has appeared in many series over the years, most notably in The X-Files, The Fall, The Crown, and Sex Education. Jason appeared in the most recent season of The White Lotus and starred in the Harry Potter films.
