Isabella Putman confirmed that three members of the family: Bill “Papa” Putman, Neenee Putman and Megan Putman, all died in a car crash in an emotional post to her Instagram on Saturday (September 27).

“Dear Friends and Family, I come to you with a heavy heart asking for your prayers. Our family was in a tragic car accident and we lost Papa, Neenee, and Aunt Megan. They have gone home to be with the Lord,” she began.

She added that even more family members were in the hospital injured.

“Please keep Uncle Blake, Lulu, Alena, Noah, and Gia in your prayers as they remain in the hospital, we are asking for complete healing and strength for each of them.”

She went on to say that the entire family “all proclaim that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. He is our hope, our peace, and our salvation. Even in this time of heartbreak, we rest in knowing that God is in control. We are holding onto the peace Jesus promised in John 14:27: ‘Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.’”

“And we trust the truth of Romans 8:28: ‘And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Our greatest comfort is found in the Gospel itself that Jesus died for our sins so that we may have eternal life with Him’ (John 3:16, Romans 5:8),” she continued.

“Because of that sacrifice, we know Papa, Neenee, and Aunt Megan are not gone forever. They are alive and whole in Heaven, standing before Jesus, hearing the words we all long to hear: ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant’ (Matthew 25:23).”

She asked for continued prayers for her hospitalized family members, and “for our whole family as we walk through this deep loss. Even in this valley, we will praise Him. We trust that His plan is perfect, and that one day, we will be reunited in Heaven.”

She went on to thank everyone for “every prayer, message, and act of love.”

Our thoughts are with The Putman Family at this incredibly difficult time. We have sadly lost many stars in 2025.
